Check in time after 2:00 P.M. and not later than 8:00 P.M. Check out time is from 8:00 A.M. and not later than 11:00 A.M. Late check in ( After 8:00 P.M. ) and early check out ( before 8:00 A.M. ) will be charged P 200.00 pesos. Fee shall be collected upon check in for early check in, and be collected upon check out for early check out.

Money, jewelries, and other valuable items brought to the condo unit premises, are at the guest’s sole risk. The owner of the unit and/or the hosts/co-hosts or the management do not accept liability, and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage thereto and therefore the guests remain solely responsible for the safekeeping of such items.
The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the condo unit caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.
Please take note that only declared guests upon booking are allowed to stay in the condo unit.
Please maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the place. We trust our guests to treat our place like their homes. However, anything that will be damaged, lost, get stained will be charged to the guests accordingly.
Kindly turn off all appliances and lights if they are not being used or not needed, except for the refrigerator.
Please be responsible to lock the door as you enter and leave the premises to safeguard both your personal belongings and the host belongings as well.
Only simple cooking is allowed. No cooking of any bad and strong smelling food to prevent foul odor and to avoid warning from the association.
Bringing of foods and drinks on the bed area is not allowed.
The hosts and co-hosts are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, and illnesses that occur while guests are on the premises.
The guests are responsible to take care of the condo unit key, and must return the key to the host/co-host upon check out. Lost key will be charged to the guest amounting to 1,000.00 pesos.
