HOUSE RULES
You'll be sharing our home. We have a few guidelines to help your stay.
Regular check-in time is after 2pm and check-out is 12noon.
Keys are personally collected upon
check-out. If you need to check-in or check-out at a different time, please advise us ahead of time as
host does not live nearby.
Inspection of the unit in your presence is IMPORTANT to us to avoid any incidents,
Strictly ONLY registered occupants are allowed to sleep in the unit. Sleepover's fee of P350/head/night.
As courtesy to our neighbors, please do keep the noise down.
Kindly switch off all electricity, TV, lights, Air-conditioning and other appliances when not in use
and when leaving the unit, as well us turn-off faucets and shower when done.
Smoking/Vaping is strictly not allowed inside the unit.
No heavy drinking/parties.
Hanging or drying of clothes in the balcony is STRICTLY not ALLOWED. (violation ticket from security/admin will be reported to agoda).
Please avoid staining the place (bed, linens, covers, wall and floor). Please use the
appliances/fixtures/kitchenware with extra care as if it's yours. Please do not break anything; fees
will be applied if such occurs in your stay (Fees will reported to agoda automatically, regardless). For both of our convenience better keep things as it is.
Please avoid grilling/frying and cooking or bringing in strong smelling and smoke producing food
as the odor and smoke may retain within the unit.
Please dispose of your garbage immediately, so to avoid pest problems and foul odor. We have
specific garbage dumping area at the garbage room near in the elevator.
Please DO NOT throw
tissue paper and sanitary pads into the toilet bowl.
The unit is full-serviced and we do not have room service. However, if you wished to have it clean,
you can easily arrange with us so we can schedule it. Cleaning fee of PHP899 (cash basis). You can
use spare sheets, linens provided in the unit for long term but make sure to wash it or leave laundry fee upon check-out.
Use of pool: Only owner and registered occupants can use the pool for free, For guest PHP150 for regular days, PHP300 for weekends/holidays.
Proper swimwear imposed.
(Swimsuit for women, swim trunks for men).
Use of elevator when soaked or soggy is strictly not allowed.
During your stay, we will not be held liable or responsible for any untoward events like any person
hurt and/or lost or damage personal belongings.
It's our home, your home during your stay. Clean as you go. Please leave the unit you rented as you
found it upon arrival.
Lost or Damage Keys will be charged and reported to agoda
The building has tight security and monitored by CCTV cameras but please be mindful of your own
safety and security, Please lock the doors at all times.

**Any incurred violation ticket during your stay resulting from non-compliance to building rules will be reported to agoda. Thank you!**
