Strictly no change in reservation date is allowed 14 days prior to check in.
Please note that ONLY LIGHT COOKING are allowed inside the unit. Please refrain from cooking food that leaves smell (e.g. fish and it's dry variety like dilis, tawilis, daing, tuyo etc.). Grilling is also not allowed as it leaves smoky smell and would be difficult to remove. Violators will be reported and Php 5000 for cleaning shall be charged. Smelly units prevent other guests from enjoying their stay so we ask you to comply with this policy to avoid inconvenience.
As we are promoting sustainability in our apartment, we encourage you to switch off the air-conditioning unit, the television, and all lighting fixtures each time you leave the apartment.
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the unit and in the balcony.
To ensure a comfortable stay, housekeeping will be done every week for guests staying more than 7 days. A fee of P600 for housekeeping is payable after each session.
No visitors allowed inside the apartment.
Please do not take anything from the unit.
If you break something or spill anything on the seat cushion or mattress, please own up and inform your host immediately.
Please leave the unit clean and tidy. Wash all the dishes, remove everything from the refrigerator, and put all trash in the bin.
