MS Residence San Juan La Union Ground floor House

Our house rules are designed to make your stay safe and comfortable. It is mandatory to read and comply with this rule to avoid inconvenience and issues that may arise. Guest are required to accept this term.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Bond money of P2,000.00 must be given as a security deposit to ensure that proper care will be given to the items inside the house. This will be returned if there is no damage or loss done. The deposit will not be refunded in case of non-compliance.
CHECK-IN: 2:00 PM CHECK OUT: 12:00
***Please be clear on your arrival or inform us ahead of any changes. Prior arrangements should be made with the owner. Early check-in or late check-out will incur additional charges.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The guest will need to present any Government ID/Passport for registration purposes upon arrival. Any additional person noted not in the list will need to pay additional charges.
QUIET TIMES & SAFETY REMINDERS
>Please note that it is of utmost importance that respect is given to neighboring properties in the area regarding noise and /or any other sort of anti-social behavior. Non-compliance may result in early termination of your stay. Please respect quiet times from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am.
>Please ensure that all doors and windows are closed and locked when leaving the property.
>Please don't lose the main door key.
> Smoking is not allowed inside or in internal areas of the house. The designated area is on the balcony.
> It is not allowed to hang your clothes/towels on the exterior part of the house. There is a designated area for hanging your wet clothes.
> It is mandatory to turn off ac and unplug all electrical appliances except the fridge when not in use or leaving the premises. Please make sure to close the gas when not in use.
>Guests are allowed to cook and use all the kitchen items provided but the guest should ensure that they clean them after use.
>The dining table is made of glass, guest is requested to be extra careful with it and to mind their children
>Pets are not allowed inside the house.
>If there are babies. Please make sure not to wet the bed.
> Please don't throw cigarette butts, tissues, etc. in the toilet bowl, Trash can be provided for all the rubbish.
>It is not allowed to throw leftover food or hot used oil in the sink and toilet.
CLEANING
>Please clear fridge, freezer, waste bins upon departure as well as perishables. Please remember to remove all personal possessions.

**** Please abide by this rule, this is a Solo Transient house and not a hotel and I want to keep my house safe for both parties. I advised that you inform us when leaving the property. If this rule is noted not followed we will have the right to enter the house but will need to inform you ahead. Please keep your phone/lines always open.
***PLEASE LEAVE MY PROPERTY TO THE STANDARD YOU FOUND IT. I hope that my property will be treated with respect.. I want to make sure that my guest will enjoy their stay. I have provided games that they can use. Books that they can read and Movies that they can watch to enjoy the home cinema experience. We are always open to serving you with any queries/ and or requests.
