House Rules
1. Strictly No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and the building.

2. Guests & Visitors:
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Visitors are welcome during the day (limited to the unit’s capacity) and must log their details at the lobby reception.

3. Beddings & Blankets:
- Provided based on the number of guests.
- Extra beddings/blankets are available for ₱200 per pair (bed sheet and blanket). Let me know if needed.
- Note: Staining or damaging beddings/blankets will incur a charge of ₱400–₱800.

4. Towels:
- One towel is provided per guest for the duration of the stay.
- Additional towels are available for ₱100 each. Damaged or stained towels incur a fee of ₱400 each.
- Towels are for personal use only. Misuse may lead to inconvenience for future guests.

5. Toilet Use: Avoid throwing tissues or other items into the toilet bowl to prevent clogs.

6. Kitchen Use:
- Feel free to use the coffee, sugar, utensils, and cookware provided.
- Wash all dishes and utensils before leaving. (Dishwashing soap and sponge are provided.)
- Trash bags are located in the cabinet above the sink. Please take out trash upon checkout and leave it in the garbage room near the elevator.

7. Breakables: Handle glasses, mugs, plates, and other items with care.

8. Parties & Events: Parties and events are not allowed.

9. Noise Levels: Keep noise levels low, especially in the late evening, to respect neighbors.

10. Unit Condition: Please leave the unit in good condition.

11. Paid parking in the premises is available at 350/night.

12. No pets allowed. We cannot accommodate pets due to allergy concerns and building policy.
