Pico De Loro Luxurious and Modern 1-BR loft condo

IMPORTANT:
In case you're bringing pet, we only allow ONE small breed dog maximum of 10kg.

1. Check-in time is at 2 pm. Check-out is at 12 pm.
2. Guests should comply with the parking regulations of Pico De Loro. Free parking is available on a first come first serve basis on the building ground. Basement parking is for the exclusive use of unit owners only.
3. No shoes inside the home.
4. No smoking inside the home.
5. No parties or events are allowed without prior permission.
6. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The maximum amount unit capacity is 4 people.
7. Please respect the noise curfew or quiet time after 10 p.m.
8. No eating or drinking in the bedroom. Please enjoy your meal in the dining area.
9. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.
10. Please rinse up after swimming at the beach to wash out sand and salt water residue. This avoids clogging the bathroom drain.
11. Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony.
12. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the unit.
13. Please treat our unit as yours. In the event of accidental damages and/or breakages, please report it in a reasonably timely manner. The appropriate cost will be charged to the guest accordingly.
14. Wash used dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
15. Illegal substances are not allowed on the premises or you will be asked to vacate immediately.

Pet Policy Agreement

Please review and agree to the following terms for bringing your pet:

1. Only one small pet allowed, maximum 10 kg.
2. Pet must be fully house-trained; owners are responsible for any accidents.
3. Always clean up after your pet in all outdoor areas.
4. Pets must not be left unattended in rooms or common areas.
5. Keep your pet on a leash or in a carrier when in common areas.
6. No excessive noise or disruptive behavior; penalties may apply.
7. Guests must clean and dispose of pet waste properly.
8. Any pet-related damages will incur a fee of at least one night’s rate.
9. Pet must be healthy and vaccinated; proof may be requested.
10. Pet is not allowed in the pool or on beds, sofas, or sofa beds.
11. Guests are fully liable for any injury or property damage caused by their pet.

By booking with us, you agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for your pet.
