Pool Villa in Angeles near Koreatown - 바비풀빌라

Villa is good for 10 pax only. In excess of 10, additional charge may incur. Maximum occupancy of 15 people. We cannot accommodate more than the said allowable pax. Please note that children/kids and visitors are included in the headcount.
We are a Pet-Friendly Villa. We allow pets strictly up to 10kg only and a maximum of two (2) pets inside the property. Pets will be subject to a pet fee of P500.00 per pet per night. Pets are not allowed in the pool and rooms. Any violation of the policy will be sanctioned accordingly.
1. Guest must wear facemask before entering the villa.
2. Guest are encouraged to bring their own extra mattress and towels for every exceeding pax.
3. Guest are expected to maintain the villa in the same condition as when they arrive.
4. The Management reserves the right to enter the villa for inspection and clean if necessary.
5. Guest should refrain from throwing any garbage/trash and other unnecessary stuff into the swimming pool, toilet, and other places around the property. All trash is to be removed from the house and put in garbage cans. In the event of excessive cleaning, charges may apply.
6. Guest must not move or damage any furniture, electronic devices, equipment, photo frames, and other wall hangings. Disassembling house furniture is forbidden.
7. Guest must not hang/attach posters and other stuff on the wall as it might damage paint.
8. Guest are responsible for proper supervision of all children during their stay.
9. Guest must take their shoes/slippers off before entering the house. We recommend wearing slippers provided by the Management.
10. Parties/events are prohibited. The Villa has a strict NO PARTY POLICY to ensure we can protect the villa from damage and maintain it to the standard expected.
11. No outdoor pool after 10:00PM. Guest may use the pool after 10PM, however, late night noise should be minimized.
12. Strictly NO loud music, DJ, yelling, speaker, indoor karaoke, and other excessive noise/disrupting the neighbors after 9PM. The Management will monitor any noise and one (1) warning will be given to reduce/noise disturbance ㅡ should the noise continue, a penalty of P1,000.00 will be charged/deduct from security deposit for the 3rd warning or you will be then asked to leave the villa immediately.
13. Strictly no visitors. Only registered guest will be allowed to enter the villa/check-in.
QUIET TIME: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Outdoor lights schedule: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
FAILURE TO FOLLOW HOUSE RULES, THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE BOOKING.
