Exactly as advertised! Convenient, no-contact, check-in and check-out. Property was clean when we entered. Common courtesy to also leave it clean and organized. Sheets and towels could be improved (kinda old) Within (safe) walking distance to MOA and SMX (800m)

Overall it was good. 3 nights stay and got one day room cleaning and change of towels and sheets(which usually you don't get in condo rentals). The staff was friendly and accomodating. The major thing I didn't like is at time of booking, I opted for the higher price of $70+ at Sea Residences only to be relocated to Shell Residences. The only minor thing I could complain is the lack of drinking glasses and the toilet didn't have a bidet. There were 3 pools but one of them was out of order. Can only use the shallow one.

I had a hard time checking in because of the papers I need to sign. There was sudden rule of no cooking which is not written in the rules when I was making my booking. At the start the stop were not friendly. No kitchen utensils which you still have to make a request if want to have something to use. There were cockroaches in the room, the ref spoiled my food because the cold part is only the freezer. There were problem with the tv I almost did not use it. In the end I am happy with the manager who took care of all ny concers. I’m doing this because I want them to improve their service hoping to be back soon.

Place was decent. Host was easy to communicate with. Not to sure if they actually change the bed sheets though.... first day there was rice on the sheet in one room. Didnt make it a big deal though.

The property was OK, not great. The room could have been cleaner. Also, the swimming pool is not included in the price and there was s a charge per person per day, even for the kids which was not listed in the property listing.

I booked expecting to be able to use the pool but since we were transfered to shell resindences, i was told that using the pool needs additional charge. The linens are stained. You should bring your own shampoo, soap, conditioner and toothpaste since t hey don't provide those too.
