The swimming pool, gym and jogging path is at the 10th floor, free of charge.
The pool and gym is open for limited slots for the guests. (closed for Mondays)
Pls make your reservation at reception to use the pool and gym.
There will be a penalty of 500p If you use the pool and gym without reservation.
Pls disinfect yourself before you use them.
You can cook your own meal in the unit. We provide basic utensils but not the knife because it’s considered as dangerous weapon under our building policy and we are not allowed to provide it to guests. You can bring your own knife if you want to cook. Kindly wash the dishes if you will cook in the unit.
We have a Smart TV with TV Plus. If you want to use Wifi, its additional Php100 per overnight stay. You should bring your own sanitation pack such as shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush. We also provide kettle to boil your drinking water. If you need extra drinking water, you can purchase from the convenience store next to our building.
We have 30 units listed in the same Building with the same features but may vary in bedsheet, display and bed positioning. We designed all our units to have the same features so that we can decide which unit to assign to you.
We also request your help to please turn off all electricity consuming appliances when not in use so we can continue to rent out our condo at the most affordable price.
Please observe cleanliness. We do not charge cleaning fee and we hope that you will treat our condo as your own home and keep it clean. Kindly leave our refrigerator and cabinets empty of your trash before you leave. We have trash bins provided for you in the unit.
No smoking inside the unit because there is a smoke detector and if it goes off, the whole building will alarm. If you have to smoke, please smoke at the designated smoking area downstairs. If you badly need to smoke inside the unit, limit the same to the closed toilet and ensure that the whole unit will not smell like cigarette upon check out. Otherwise, we will charge a cleaning fee of Php1500.
