Check in is any time after 3:00 p.m.
Check out is no later than 12 noon
 A damage deposit of PHP 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as an online transfer payment. You should be reimbursed within 3 days after checking out and is subject to a routine unit inspection.
 Wear face masks at all times whenever in the common areas inside the condominium premises.
 Stop the virus! Wash your hands regularly.
 The condo is cleaned and thoroughly disinfected after every check out. In addition, alcohol and disinfectant wipes are provided for guest use.
 NO VISITOR POLICY. Condo management and security are strict for the safety of everyone, especially during pandemic. Registered guests are the only authorized persons to stay in the unit after complying with the travel documentation and health clearances of Baguio City. No other persons will be allowed by security to access the building. Visitors may be entertained in the reception area near the entrance gates only when accompanied by registered guests following the condo security and health protocol. Airbnb hosts are given the chance to operate following this premise.
 Please do not use outside slippers and shoes inside the unit. Rubber slippers are provided and meant for inside use to maintain the floor and carpets clean and stain-free throughout your stay. These slippers are re-usable and washed thoroughly every check out. Feel free to bring your own. (Our slippers are part of our home, please don’t take them when you leave)
 Pets are not allowed in our property.
 NO SMOKING. ENTIRE COMPLEX IS A NO-SMOKING ZONE.
 Practice courtesy and respect. It is imperative to keep in mind to maintain music/movies/chattering to a reasonable level that will not bother the neighbors or other residents.
 Cooking wares and appliances are provided. Please cook only those that are not too smelly e.g. dried fish, etc. Unit has no provision for a range hood and odor can be trapped inside. Furthermore, please clean oil splatter and mess after cooking to avoid attracting unwanted visitors (pests).
 Basic toiletries are provided such as shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, roll of toilet paper and liquid hand soap. They are replenished during our scheduled housekeeping.
 We provide free cleaning and change of linens every 4 days for longer staying guests. Please let us know of your preferred time in advance. Our housekeeper travels from a distant location. This will help him/her to prepare and be on time.
 Conserve energy and resources. Please turn off all electrical appliances when leaving the unit and before checking out. Also, please do not leave the water running from shower nor faucet. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE HEATING APPLIANCE ON WHEN LEAVING THE UNIT. IT IS NOT SAFE. UNPLUG WHEN NOT IN USE.
 Report any item accidentally broken and settle accordingly. Any permanent stains / marks left on the linens, hand towels, bath towels and similar items that render those said items unusable will be considered a damage, and shall be charged upon check out or claimed via the booking site.
 Be responsible. Return complete and in order all items inside the unit.
 At the moment, Garbage area is located beside side of the entrance gates. Avoid stocking your trash in the unit especially food waste. It will attract pests and flies.
 Please inform your host when you checked out. Close the door and put the key back in the lockbox. We will send our housekeeper to the unit upon getting notice of your check out. If you plan to check out earlier than 12 noon, let us know in advance. Our housekeeper travels from a distant location. This will help him/her to prepare and be on time.
