No smoking inside the Condo or at the veranda. Fines are imposed by the administrator of the building for violators. The smoke alarm will go off and will disturb everybody in the building.

Pets are not allowed.

Please turn off and unplug all electronic devices when going out of the studio.

Refrain from making noise starting 10pm to respect the neighbors.

Partying is strictly prohibited inside the pad.

When cooking, don’t forget to turn on the range hood. Smoke will cause the alarm to go off.

Things that I have provided like the sheets, covers, towels and rags are wash every after guests. I have an extreme attention to cleanliness, orderliness and smartness of appearance and I micro manage all the sanitation details. The sheets, towels and even rags are all hand washed so cleanliness is assured. I want your stay to be carefree and all small details should be taken cared by us.
