HOUSE RULES:
1. If you BREAK it, you PAY for it (Honesty is the Best Policy).
2. If you use anything from the kitchen, please clean them and put them back to their respective places.
3. Smoking is allowed, but please do it in the respective smoking area located at the terrace on the left side of the house.
4. Clean as you go.
5. Before dipping into the pool, shower first.
6. After swimming, dry yourself for a bit to avoid water to drip inside the house. This will avoid unnecessary falls or accidents.
7. Leave your slippers before entering the pool.
8. If you have pets, please be responsible pet owners.
9. Don't bring any type of food or beverage in or near the pool. We have a designated table beside the pool area where you can eat
10. Any damage done by guest/s or by their pet/s to the property, inside and outside of the house, will be charged to the guest that booked the place.
11. Before you leave/check-out, our caretaker will first check the place for any damaged or missing items like towels, bed covers, kitchen ware, etc. If you will be leaving early, contact her first.
12. Please lower the volume of music or noise inside and outside of the house at 10pm so that you won't disturb the neighbors.
13. Additional guests will be charged php 255/head, even if they will not be staying for the night.
14. Strict check-out at 12nn. A fraction of an hour late, you will be charged php 600

REMINDERS
- Don’t leave children unattended especially in the pool area
- Mind your valuables. Check everything before you leave. We will not be held accountable for any lost or damaged belongings
- Practice safety precautions at all times. We will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries that have occurred during your stay
