9. LIGHTS: All lights must be turned off when not in use.
7. CLEANLINESS: Keep all rooms clean and habitable always. Collected trash must be inside plastic bag and deposited, daily or as necessary, into the “waste bin”. PENALTY FOR DEEP CLEANING: 2,000
4. DRINKING: Guests aren’t allowed to drink in areas such as the lobby and the common veranda. Guests are advised to drink in moderation inside the unit/room.
