Studio Type Condo in Mandaue City

HOUSE RULES
1. Smoking is not allowed in this unit.
2. Visitors may visit but are not allowed to stay overnight.
3. The unit owner is not responsible for any accidents that may happen or loss of personal belongings due to the negligence of the guest.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended use.
6. Pets are not allowed inside the unit.
7. There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are provided but it should not be taken out of the unit.
8. Parties are not allowed inside this unit.
9. Do not engage in illegal activities inside the property.
10. If you break or damage something in the property, it will be charged to your security deposit.
11. Firearms or deadly weapons are not allowed inside this unit.
12. Do not hang your clothes or anything in the window.
13. Do not leave food out that will attract pests. Dispose your garbage properly. Put all your food garbage at the garbage area located at the basement. Do not throw small food particles into the sink.
14. Return all keys after using the room.
15. The unit owner has the right to enter the unit if there is an emergency that needs attention.
16. This unit is not for sub leasing.
17. Turn off lights and unplug any electrical device before leaving the room.
18. A deposit of Three Thousand Pesos (P3,000.00) shall be given to the unit owner before entering the unit. The deposit will be used in case there will be damages or lost items inside the unit. The said amount will be refunded upon checking out if there are no lost items or damages inside the unit.
19. Since there are neighbors, the guest is expected to refrain from my loud noise inside the room.
