To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly request to follow our main house rules such as:
1. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
2. Pets: While we love animals, we do not allow pets in the property.
3. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm. We may be able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs upon request, subject to availability and extra charge of P150/hr.
4. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is 4 (P400 charge for the 4th guest). Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval.
5. Visitors: Please inform us in advance if you plan to have visitors during your stay. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.
6. Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
7. Cleanliness: We take pride in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. Please clean up after yourself and use provided trash bins. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty.
8. Damages and Losses: Guests will be responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay.
9. Security: Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Charges:
Smoking or vaping inside the unit is strictly prohibited. A penalty of ₱5,000 will be charged for professional cleaning and for violating this house rule.

Additionally, leaving the doors open or unlocked is a serious offense and will incur the same ₱5,000 charge for breaching safety and security guidelines.
