- Guest must comply with all applicable Cityland Tagaytay Prime Residences House Rules and all instructions from Building Management and the caretakers of the unit concerning occupancy, property, health, safety, and quiet enjoyment of the unit and our neighbors.
- Guest will not be asked to pay for a security deposit to guarantee the safe return of the unit and its contents. Please note that any damages made during your stay will be for the account of the guest/s. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared.
- Please handle all amenities with utmost care. The unit will be inspected by the caretaker upon check-out. You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft, and loss of the unit and any part of it during your stay. Please notify us of this immediately. We will have the right claim from you for the costly repair or replacement of the damaged item/s.
- Only the guests nominated and agreed on the Booking may stay in the unit. If any other guests stay, extra charges may apply or the booking may be terminated without refund. Please notify us of any changes to the occupants of the unit.
- We supply linen, pillows, blankets, and towels which must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Additional linens or towels may be requested subject to additional cost.
- Your safety is our concern. Always lock the doors especially when going out. We will not be liable for any losses on your personal belongings as well as any left items.
- Please turn off the aircon, water, heater, lights, and other appliances when not in use, and every time you leave the unit.
- As per Building Admin, hanging of clothes at the veranda and leaving trash or any footwear in the hallway are prohibited. Please follow to avoid penalty.
- Smoking is not permitted in the unit and on the balcony. Please smoke in the designated areas in the building.
- All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.
- The unit should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the unit’s caretaker or as otherwise directed.
- Guest is responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Lost or damaged keys will be charged Php 2000.
