The Pod at Baguio Pines Garden Villas

1. Pets are not allowed.

2. Leave your shoes under the console table upon entry

3. The maximum property capacity is 8 guests.

4. Please enjoy your meals at the dining area. No eating or drinking in the bedroom.

5. Parties and events are not allowed in the unit.

6. Keep noise to a minimum by 11pm. Be mindful of other unit owners in the building.

7. Smoking and illegal substances are strictly not allowed in the premises.

8. No candles and flammable materials allowed.

9. Keep a close eye on your kids while on the balcony area.

10. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages and breakages will be charged to the guests.

11. Wash all dishes and kitchen utensils used and throw out the garbage before checkout.

12. Segregate and dispose garbage at the designated area.

13. Please take care of your belongings. The owner will not be responsible for your loss.

14. Turn over keys before leaving the property. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.

15. Make sure to turn off the lights and don’t forget to close the windows, balcony door and lock the main door when you leave.
