Observe pool and house rules.
No smoking inside the house(penalty 2,000 pesos).
Pet is allowed but be responsible. Not allow to swim in pool.
Any damage incurred will be deducted to security deposit and unwashed dishes.
Security Deposit is needed amounting to 2,000 pesos and will be given upon arrival. Refundable after inspection of the caretaker upon check out.
Please observe check in and check out time.
Early check in and extend hours is allow when no guest before and after your inclusive date. And if allow 500 per hour for early in and extend hours.
Bring your own sponge, tissue, shampoo, bath soap.
Condiments such as oil, salt, sugar is not provided.
