The Sentinel Residences

Hi! Thank you for booking with us! We are excited to provide you a great homestay in our condo!

The Sentinel Residences is located at 528 EDSA Cubao Quezon City. It’s the newest and tallest building along EDSA in Cubao. Entrance is along EDSA Northbound Lane. Near SM Hypermarket, Cubao. Beside PSSLAI Building.

There is pay parking on the building. Just contact us if you need a pay parking space (300p for an overnight stay/200p for day unit/120p for motorcycles).

Check in time is 2 pm until 12am, and check out is 10 am. If you are booking for a day unit, it’s 9:30 am check in and 8pm check out at the same day.

To check in, just go to UNIT 10i and look for Benjie. Benjie will hand over the key to your unit and your unit number. He will also ask for 1 ID as key deposit which will be returned to you when you return the key upon check out.

The swimming pool, gym and jogging path is at the 10th floor, is free for 3person per unit and for extra guest 200 per head.
The pool is open for limited slots for the guests. (closed for Mondays)

THE GYM IS ONLY FOR OWNER AND LONGTERM GUESTS.

Pls make your reservation at reception to use the pool.
There will be a penalty of 500p If you use the pool without reservation.

We have Smart TV with Netflix.
We have 50 units and only half of them has converge WiFi or PLDT, the speed is 25mps/130 mps.
If you need WiFi, pls request for a WiFi room upon check in. There’s an additional charge of 100p per day. You can pay it upon check in.

You can cook your own meal in the unit. We provide basic utensils but not the knife because it’s considered as dangerous weapon under our building policy.

We have 60 units listed in the same Building with the same features but may vary in bedsheet, display and bed positioning. We designed all our units to have the same features so that we can decide which unit to assign to you.

No smoking inside the unit because there is a smoke detector and if it goes off, the whole building will alarm.

We hope you have a great stay with us! We may not have the expertise of an expensive hotel but we want you to have a great stay and feel at home in our condo. If we have missed out to clean a spot or there are some missing details that you need, please don’t hesitate to call Benjie at (0915)-133-2900. He also stays at 10i and his team will try their best to help you during your stay.

For registration purposes, please send your full name and name of your companion, and also the plate number of your car if you are driving. We will reserve the parking lot for you.

For all the cash payments at the premises (key deposit, WiFi, parking, etc.) , pls ask for a printed receipt from the staff immediately. If our staff fail to print a receipt to you, pls report to us. We will send you double refund.
