1. Vaccination card and a valid government ID are required upon arrival. Valid ID and vaccination cards should be the same as those initially provided to the host days before arrival. Please note that Building Security will refuse entry to guests if these are not presented.

2. Check-in time is 2:00pm. There is an additional charge of Php 50/hr for guests checking in before 2:00pm. Please note that this is subject for availability.

3. Checkout time is at 12:00nn. There is an additional Php 50/hr for guests checking out after 12:00nn. Please note that this is also subject for availability.

4. Guests are encouraged to maintain the unit’s cleanliness during their stay. Cleaning supplies and equipment are already provided in the unit.

5. Guests are highly encouraged to wash the dishes and utensils after use.

6. Guests have the option to change their own beddings, especially for those with longer stays. Extra beddings and linen are already provided in the unit.

7. Guests may request for a cleaning during their stay for an additional cleaning fee of Php 500 per cleaning request.

8. Guests are highly encouraged to take out the trash daily and place it in the condo’s common garbage disposal area, situated near the basketball court.

9. Please do not throw toilet paper, tissues, tampons, and other materials that may cause clogging into the toilet bowl.

10. Guests are welcome to use the appliances. However, we highly encourage our guests to help us conserve energy and keep everyone’s safety a priority. Therefore, if not in use, kindly turn off the lights and switch off appliances such as air condition units, TV, kettle, stove, iron, and hair dryer before leaving the unit or when not in use.

11. Guest experience is important to us. In order for the next guest to enjoy the same comfort and use similar facilities, we would like to humbly request our guests to take care of the furnitures and appliances and practice ‘Clean As You Go’. Any damage to the property during their stay, including but not limited to broken dishes, broken appliances, damaged linens, towels, and etc. will be charged to the guest.

12. Upon checkout, guests should turn over the keys to the host or leave the keys on the dining table. If keys are not in the dining table and cannot be found anywhere else inside the unit’s premises, it is considered missing and the guest will be charged Php 1000 for the missing keys, as well as for replacement of the main door lock.

13. When leaving the unit or during checkout, guests should lock the door for security purposes and to ensure that personal belongings and household items are safe and secure. The host is not liable for the loss of the guests’ personal belongings and valuables. Moreover, any of the unit’s items and equipment that goes missing during their stay is charged to the guests.

14.Guests are not allowed to bring in foods that may leave a pungent smell in the unit. Examples of these are Durian and Marang fruit.
