The apartment is in a very nice building complex, on the ground floor. It was very clean and tidy. There is a nice terrace garden with seating, unfortunately it was raining most of the time we were there. The kitchen is well equipped, the only thing lacking was a toaster, us brits like a bit of toast for breakfast. Oh, and a tea towel to dry the dishes? The linen on the bed was clean, and it was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked fine, and there was plenty of toilet tissue. The location was good for the station and the main square. My only negatives, although minor was that there is a tenant in the same area with a small yappy dog, which barked first day we were there till 10pm! It would have been helpful if there was some kind of booklet explaining how most things worked, took us ages to get the cooker on, and didn’t realise till the second day that the plug in the kitchen sink worked by turning the silver bit at the front? And finally the bed, really bad idea, you have to crawl over your partner to go to the loo at night as it is hemmed in on 3 sides!

Muy bien ubicado. La terraza/patio es muy agradable. Máquina de café un punto a favor importante

The apartment was worth the price. There were some broken drawers and other things in the apartment. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Great apartment for a trip to krakow.

Upon arriving no instructions on how to use in built coffee machine, washing machine, remote to TV which did not work, retractable awning faulty, bed sheets too small for bed, no washing powder nor bathroom supplies, no tea towel for kitchenette . When reached out to owner no reply. When you’re travelling on holidays you done want these issues

Arrived at the property at 5 pm and couldn't gain access hung around in a nearby bar to use wifi. Couldn't contact the apartment and at 8pm I made the decision to book another hotel, as I am a female and had my daughter with me. At 11.23 pm I received a email from the property with my code to enter the property !! It was a traumatic experience. The reply from the property was that they had been busy, which I feel is unacceptable, as I should had received the email at least 24 hours prior to me arriving
