Vi hade bokat ett rum med 4 sovplatser. En dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa för 2. Vi var tre personer som skulle bo i rummet. När vi kommer in i rummet så finns det bara en dubbelsäng. Jag kontaktar boendet som hänvisar till hotels.com. Efter två timmar chattande med hotels.com var den enda lösningen att vi får tillbaka 45% av det vi betalat. Trött och uppgiven accepterade vi detta. Vi tog bäddmadrassen från dubbelsängen och vek dubbel så fick en av oss sova på den. Dagen efter ringde jag åter boendet och krävde åtminstone en uppsättning sängkläder till vår egna lösning. Detta fick vi senare på kvällen. Vi bodde 7nätter så förväntade mig någon form av städning men det gjordes aldrig. Inte heller soptömning och info om var man kan slänga sopor saknades helt. Badrummet stank kloak till och från så det blev snabba duschar. Ljudet från den starkt trafikerade gatan störde oss inte alls. Möjligen något när det var som varmast och vi behövde ha fönstret öppet. Läget är annars perfekt och vi hade i övrigt en riktigt bra vistelse. Jag kommer aldrig boka något annat än stora välkända hotell via hotels.com då ingen vill ta ansvar när det blir fel.
