Every time I stay at the library bar, I get a comfortable atmosphere while relaxing. And then the personnel was nice and always give a good service. After that, the bar staff were kind and nice.

I booked for 2 nights, really worth it, I hope this hotel is still well worth staying at. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, the sound is not heard. The breakfast is standard but still works.

During February 2022 and March 2022, my son from the uk visited Russia and spent 11 nights at the Hotel Mercury Paveletskaya. The hotel is great, from the location to the rooms to the breakfast, but more importantly, to the staff, who were highly competent, helpful, polite, and friendly, and everything was fantastic. Many thanks in particular, especially to the following crew members, Marina Dmitri on duty as manager, who aided greatly in resolving a few issues. These personnel are a credit to the hotel, its brand, and the company and deserve recognition for their exceptional service. I want to say thank you sincerely.

In terms of hotel cleaning, the reception staff responds to requests very quickly and seeks the most effective solution if you have any difficulties. I stayed here on a business trip to Moscow. The property is in a good location, and the rooms are adequate for 4 people. The breakfast is excellent, but I didn't feel quite welcome in the bar, which is open 24 hours a day, near the lobby. It appears that the personnel there are not taking adequate care of guests or are uninterested in them. We had to go to the bar every time we wanted to order something, or speak with the bar person, otherwise, he's walking and not even looking at you. When you placed your order, you may wait for tea for 15 to 20 minutes, even if it's just a matter of filling the kettlecup.
