A surcharge of 20 PLN applies for arrivals from 20:00 until 23:00. Key collection after 23:00 carries a PLN 50 surcharge and takes place via a mailbox. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. The office is open from 9:00 till 17:00. Please note that the apartments in Hoża and in Polna Street offer underground parking spaces. Please note that the apartments are located in residential buildings and are no suitable for late night parties. Due to the change in tax regulations, the tax number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
