We stayed in one of the suites and breakfast was provided every morning. We loved the place so much that we extended our stay for another day. The balcony doors are closed and there is no outside noise. The entire staff and employees are very kind and efficient. Fatwa is really kind and hospitable. She also suggested some excellent nearby restaurants since we ran out of great ideas for dining. We will undoubtedly stay with them again when we get home.

I definitely would be back. This motel apartment is highly recommended. The location was excellent. We traveled there from our cruise ship to the apartments on foot. We stayed in a stunning onebedroom suite with a sizable bathroom and living room, and there were two balconies. The kitchen amenities were more than adequate, including coffee, wine openers, glassware, plates, etc. Our friends stayed on the third floor without balconies but had wonderful views from the sizable windows. On the third floor, there is a common seating area outside where you can enjoy the city. From the bridge or gondola to Porto, it was a simple walk. Fatwa and Francesca were the hotel concierges we encountered who were very helpful with the suggestions. If there wasnt a room available, you could leave your luggage there.

In the middle of June, my wife and I spent four nights there. Fatwa and the employees were wonderful, and we enjoyed the apartment with a tiny kitchen. We had no issues with the internet at all, and we really enjoyed being on that side of the door river. That week, while we were far from most of the congestion, Porto was very busy. That's not a problem because it's a short walk to the bridge on the other side.

I enjoyed staying here! I travelled with friends and my daughter for my birthday. We remained in the 296 heritage apartments for 3 nights after 3 wonderful nights in the dour valley! There were 5 of us in three accommodations. Two of us stayed on the upper floor, with balcony views of the river bridges, which were fantastic! The restaurant below the rooms was excellent. I don't believe it's a part of the hotel, and we enjoyed a few meals there. I had fun living here! The beds were comfortable, the room was spotless, and it was nice to have the convenience of a small kitchenette, coffee maker, and mini fridge microwave. The views from the rooftop deck were beautiful. Breakfast was delivered to our room. We adored the meatcheese platter, fresh fruit, and bread dishes. Best of all, the staff members! It was simple to check in, and all questions were answered wagging. In a hurry to catch an early flight, I left a beloved necklace I had purchased years before while traveling with my daughter. I loved the necklace because it had such sentimental value to me. Fatwa was very nice and helped me find the necklace, and she set up for my necklace to be delivered to me at another hotel on my travels. I can't adequately express my gratitude for this kindness. This apartment was very well kept. The apartment is very well kept. The service is very good and the fatwa is better than other reviews said. This place is very recommended.
