It is a small but cosy Appartement with everything you need. We had a warm welcome with a bottle of wine and the communication was perfect. I totally recommend this flat.

Great size property for 3 single ladies - perfect! Apartment was well equipped and clean. Location was good with some lovely restaurants close by. Supermarket round the corner. Would recommend

Very nice apartment close to things. The third bedroom is outside the apartment. Extremely loud neighbour who plays music and party to midnight every night. If you don't mind that I would recomend the apartment.

We greatly appreciated being allowed to drop off our bag early so we did not have to drag them around before being able to check in. The apartment is small but clean. It’s a good location for high end shopping and close of one of the metro stations.

Great location near restaurants and grocery store and 30 minute walk to Baixa and the waterfront. Kitchen and washing machine very useful. Noisy at night as garbage gets picked up around midnight and neighbors out late but not properties fault

Bien situé, près du métro Avenida. L'appartement etait généralement propre, mais assez étroit pour quatre personnes. La cuisine manquait quelques équipements, mitaines de four, serviettes à vaisselle, ouvre boîtes. La charge électrique maximale permise etait faible si bien que nous avons perdu l'électricité à quelques reprises, par exemple, en ayant la bouilloire et le four allumé en même temps. Malgré ces quelques inconvénients, notre séjour fut agréable et je recommanderais quand même.

The apartment was in a great location and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made exploring Lisbon very convenient. However, the apartment itself did not meet expectations as it did not feel very clean, we could hear scuttling noises in the ceiling throughout our stay, and basic amenities like napkins and paper towels were missing. The bathroom also had no proper ventilation, so it became extremely humid after showers, and opening the window to help air it out often let flies inside. While the location was a plus, the overall comfort and cleanliness need improvement.

Klein und eng und niedrig. So eng, dass die luft Probleme hat, äusserste Ecken der Schlafzimmerräume zu erreichen, daher etwas Pilzgeruch am Bettzeug.( die Wohnung ist aber - denke ich prinzipiell-nicht feucht,wird nicht gut belüftet.) Gute Ausstattung gute lage im Altstat,

We did not end up being able to stay beyond three hours. There was no response from the owner. No ac we expected but no only two windows in the front of the apartment that could not be opened at night or when away, no fans and hot enough without air flow to be unacceptable. In addition the mold in the apartment made it not habitable. Signs posted let you know you were responsible for removing your own trash. I asked for help through Expedia and the owner did not respond to them either. Not a place to book.
