Guest Authorization:
Only the number of guests confirmed on the booking are allowed at the Villa Rita.
No Smoking:
Please no smoking, this includes, e-cigarettes, etc.
Security Device Interference: Please don't touch or remove any security or monitoring devices that we've given you permission to use.
Cleanliness:
Please treat this place as if it were your own home. Before you leave, please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and take the trash out to the dumpster.
Checkout Time:
Guests should complete checkout by the designated checkout time.
Key Return:
Please leave the keys on the kitchen counter.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed.
Barbecue:
Please make sure the barbecue is completely extinguished before you go to bed
Kids:
We kindly request that you keep an eye on children at all times due to the presence of stairs, a balcony, and a barbecue grill on the property.
Valuables:
Please keep your valuables safe during your stay.
Environmental :
Please help us conserve energy by switching off all lights when you go out.
Trash:
Please sort your waste and dispose of it in the designated recycling bins
Security:
Please remember to close and lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Keys
We kindly request that you take care of the keys. Lost keys will incur a charge of €160 for replacement.
