This location is SUPER, I mean SUPER, close to the beach. Great location. Very strong AC. Extra spacious second bed. Great water pressure. Don’t go to the roof!! —PS: watch out for the shadow people

Picked this property for location and number of beds, for those two items 5 stars. For everything else 2 stars. Street parking was tough. Our first apartment was on the third floor. Two rooms, small kitchen and bathroom. Only one window to outside. Bathroom window was covered with a black trash bag (for privacy?) The queen and twin beds are the cheapest metal frames you cam buy on amazon. When my son sat on the twin the metal supports fell to the floor, several were out on the queen two. We had to take the mattresses off to put the metal bed slats in so the mattress was supported. The shower had no water pressure, a trickle, and no hot water. The toilet flushed once then never flushed again. We called to report the only toilet not refilling and flushing. The communication was good and a handy man came right within an hour (we had to end dinner early to meet him and let him in), it couldn't be fixed at 8pm. We were moved to an identical apartment on 2nd floor. Same layout and cheap beds. One less window. The kitchen window led to a laundry room that the light stayed on 24/7 letting light in at night. No kitchen trash can, no kitchen soap, plates and cups but no silverware. broken inoperable microwave that you had to unplug the fridge to plug in only to find it broken. Keypad door lock stopped working, had to call and they gave us a combo to a lock box with a metal key. Overall friendly people on the phone and in person but a mess of a stay.

This was the worst stay I’ve ever had, stressful from start to finish. The room we got the 1st day was not ready to host guests. There was no extra bed, no hot water, exposed wires, broken furniture. After a 30+ hour journey, 3 of us had to sleep in one double bed, I barely slept, and had to shower twice with cold water. The next day we got moved to another room which would accommodate the 3 of us but even after the move, reported issues with the bed and lighting were never fixed. As a result I injured my back which i’m still having issues with after a week. There were no basic supplies i.e. broom or bin bags to maintain hygiene. Communication throughout the stay was extremely poor. Messages were often ignored, and I was never given a phone number to speak to someone directly. We were offered a room refresh, which we appreciated and accepted, but no one ever showed up. On our last day, we woke up with no water at all. There was no prior notice, no timeline, and no solution until we spent hours chasing for updates all the while having to use our drinking water to flush the toilet and wash ourselves. When a temporary shower at another property was finally offered, it was handled in an unsafe and unprofessional way, with no clear communication about who’d pick us up or when. When we arrived 2 unidentified men were outside the room we were supposed to shower in, which as a woman made me feel unsafe. Overall the property was not ready to host, poorly managed. I DON’T RECOMMEND.
