Although we were not happy to find accomodation for the first booked night, because our prepaid reservation was not respected, we reached agreement with owner to compensate extra cost & trouble. The apartment was great and is just a few minutes driving from the beautiful beaches.

I would definitely stay here again! Conveniently located 10mins from crash boat beach, 30 mins from Rincon, many food options in area, supermarket, movie theater. Loved the rooms being at opposite directions equipped with AC, two bathrooms, washer and dryer were a plus. Wifi. Love the backyard, had my breakfast in the mornings out there and in the evenings my glass of wine. Beautiful. If they can expand the backyard and put a pool back there and an outdoor shower, would be awesome! I love that it was a gated facility, felt good to know my car was parked inside and not on street where it can get hit. My only complaint was that there was no soap in the bathroom to wash my hands and the living room TV didn't work. Other than that, I will be back!

our experience was great! The owner who had helped us through our trip had outstanding hospitality. A very great guy; we were lucky to meet him. The apartment was very nice cleaned and its a great place for the price. Location was very unique and puts you in the feel of the culture.

The only problem we encounter was that there was no Wi-Fi and having two teenagers you can imagine how that was. They used up all their data from our cellular plan. Other than that the apartment was clean,cozy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

The hotel was very nice with a lot of new equipment including some nice amenities like a backyard, grill and washer dryer. However this hotel isn’t located where it says it is in the map on Expedia or when you google it. It is actually located well inland and quite far from the location. Maybe we got a different location but that is not what I initially thought I purchased. Other than that the hotel was easy, clean and very comfortable. We flew in at 3am so there was a lockbox with code for us to access when we arrived. Location is my only issue.

Pro's - the owner was absolutely excellent. He was very responsive each time we called. He provided directions as needed and was never bothered. The apartment is very spacious, easily sleeps 8 with 2 bathrooms. They provide beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Private parking, safe neighborhood. Big kitchen, fully equipped with lots of cabinet space. The apartment is bright and clean, it's a cozy, feel good place to wake up each morning. Now... it's not ultra modern, you'll see some needs for improvements but it's functional and for the price and location, you can't beat it. Do visit La Campana bakery nearby, EVERYTHING was delicious but that coffee was heaven!! Cons - kinda noisy, especially early in the am when the roosters start up. There's also a school in the neighborhood so you'll hear the kids walking early in the morning. The bedroom facing the front bumps up against the driveway to the other apartment and so if they are out there you can hear them clearly and they can hear you clearly. That's not the best room for a couple. I always pack ear plugs so it was a non issue for me honestly. There was some construction going on 3/2018 in the backyard but they were considerate with their work hours and everything was contained back there. You wouldn't even know they were working. I definitely recommend this apartment, you won't go wrong. Enjoy.

Excellent. The owner is constantly upgrading. There is a gate parking adjacent to the house well lit at night. A little noisy at night when cars are driving by but otherwise. It worked out perfectly for me my brother and sister.

The apartment is very nice and very clean, and it has everything that's needed, it's in decent condition. The downfall is that it only has air conditioning in the bedrooms, and there's another apartment in back so the parking is shared and the other people took the whole parking space and left us without parking . Also we were stuck there because we tried to have a taxi go pick us up and he couldn't find the address so we called four other taxis and none of them could find the address. I suggest the owner of the apartments let's the renters know an address to give so that address could be found.
