The hotel provides exemplary German efficiency and organization, from the building of the hotel to it's present-day operation. The staff is excellent, and it's evident from the fact that the crew is having a good time. Though the dinner included with our half-board trip was excellent, I wish I could have stayed at the hotel's top-floor restaurant.

I love staying here, and I will say that the personnel here is top-notch, their hospitality is superior. I will say that the food at the panorama restaurant was fantastic, and the view was great. We celebrate our anniversary this year, and you did our part in making it so special.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. This hotel exemplifies German efficiency and organization. Every detail from the building to the operation of the hotel is excellent. The staff is superb. I get the impression that this is a happy ship for the staff and that is showing. Although the dinner included in our halfboard stay was very good, I wish I could have used the fine dining restaurant on the top floor of the hotel.

We bought a suite because I was worried about all the pull-out couch beds for the kids at most locations and wanted real beds for that location. The room was incredible. The rooftop pool terrace was lovely, with excellent views and affordable lunch options and meals, and a great location in the heart of the town. The sound from the restaurants below where we were on the pedestrian street side was definitely audible but not loud enough that we couldn't sleep. Service was excellent.

The location was very close to the tourist attractions, the major roads, and local entertainment and dining. This hotel was in a peaceful area which wasn't far from anything else. There were many good or better things in this hotel, but there was a lack of enthusiasm for this hotel. The room was spacious and tasteful. The employees were friendly, and they didn't charge extra for parking.

The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and is spotlessly clean! You have a wide variety of fruit, bread, cheese, salmon, shrimp, juices, sparkling wine, and cooked foods available for breakfast. The breakfast service was exceptionally friendly, and you can see a stunning mountain view. We used the hotel's sauna and gym every day and requested an upgrade, but the receptionist was unable to make the change because we had reserved the room through their website. We also requested some excellent restaurants in Salzburg, which is about 20 minutes by car, but they were solely told about the surrounding towns except for the poor Reichhall. The bar has a cozy ambiance and reasonable prices.

After a few agonizing visits, we were overjoyed to finally praise a hotel for being exceptional in what they do! Edelweiss is an utter gem of a place with amazing staff and service, amenities for the whole family including daycare and a kids club!, pure relaxation with a pool, outdoor jacuzzi with a direct view of the mountains and a luxurious spa. We were genuinely disappointed to leave and are already reserving our upcoming stay due to the service personnel, setup, and the quality and standard of food and beverages supplied. I have no idea why this hotel isn't 5 star because it is completely unsolvable! Nothing negative to say about this hotel. We had a great time and were very proud of the staff everywhere at the hotel, from reception, service, room staff, bar, and facility staff. You are at the closest ski resort, lake, stunning mountains, and everywhere you look the moment you leave the hotel is stunning. We were looking for a change of scenery and some time off from the stressful course of daily life, and you exceeded our expectations, and we are grateful. Thank you so much. I'd also like to try your other resort in Salzburg! This is unquestionably a hotel for thrill and relaxation seekers, singles, couples, families, and other singles! Wed argue the hotel's fee is more than fair

I was very dissatisfied with the choices as a vegetarian. I had just some cereal. To take some food to go, you had to pay $5. When I requested this, I was told to wait 10 minutes. I inquired once more, and was told to wait another 5 minutes. The breakfast personnel were unfriendly at all. As I couldnt wait to leave, I canceled. A stunning, contemporary hotel with a stunning mountain outlook. The accommodation was lovely and had a lovely shower. Breakfast was included in the rate, but it wasnt great. Although there were numerous meats and cheeses available, the cooked food was bare. Eggs, bacon might have been extras that could have been purchased for a fee, but the waitress refused to explain this, and there were no Englishlanguage menus to indicate it. Because of my vegetarian preferences, I was extremely let down. So, I consumed some cereal. To take some food to go, you had to pay five. I was ordered to do so and was instructed to wait 10 minutes. I subsequently inquired again, and was instructed to wait another five minutes. I dont know what I was anticipating, so I made a cancellation. We were in a hurry to leave, and the breakfast personnel were not at all polite. We were able to leave our bags there for the day, which was very helpful.

I highly recommend this place. The location of this hotel is very near the station, there is no need to worry if you want to hear trains passing by. This hotel provides free tickets to customers who want to travel on foot in the town and trains to visit Salzburg. The employee of this hotel, Maria, was very attentive and professional. The room was very small but the condition was good. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel is close to the train station. And then, the personnel was very friendly and professional. After that, the staff were very kind and generous.
