Excellent combination of price, quality, and location. The room is quite large, everything works, and is clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts for me are excellent omelet, ham, vegetables, croissants, butter, jam, fruit salad, muesli, milk, and water juices. Excellent coffee at the request of guests, did not try tea, but it was there too. Additionally, there is a companion beach. The center, railway, and railway station are all within walking distance.

A great location, clean rooms, great staff, and parking on the street at 5 places. I highly recommend the hotel parking in Vireggio. I think the coffee with breakfast is the best in the whole of Italy.

This place is in an excellent location, close to the beach and the town. We are always happy to stay at this villa. The place is always spotless, and Laura and Michelle have great gardens. All the staff are really pleasant.

We remained here as a family of four for one night. The next day, we made a stopover on the ferry ride up the cirque terre. The motel is outdated, my husband said he felt like he had gone back in time, and I really liked it. The family room was large and the beds were comfortable. The room had good air conditioning, so everyone had a comfortable night's sleep. The motel is on a main road and we had a room looking out over the beach, so some guests might find it loud at night. We weren't, but we were all exhausted from our day trips so it was not a problem. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection and delectable coffee. There is a lot of polite staff. The motel was generally a bit worn out and some areas might have used dust, but for beds, bathrooms, and food it was all clean key areas for me. The hotel's cost is substantial. We paid $200 for a family of four for one night, but it was in august and 97 of the hotels were booked, so I suppose that's what it is. It served the purpose of a sound nights sleep, easy access to the boat, and supper at night for us. Not all of the terrible reviews are completely blatantly blatant. The rooms were clean and tidy with fresh, freshly cleaned linen. As a standard, it comes with high-end Italian bowling facilities. Breakfast was great for lunch. Excellent savings on a family restaurant at the beach where you can try the pastorgenovese, the chef will make it if you ask him nicely, and lastly, the lovely owners of the villa Rosa.

The hotel is ideal for people with normal needs. A bit expensive. The air conditioning will not turn on until rp and will be turned off around a.m. Bit fans in the rooms work if you don't mind the temperature being a little warm. It's like 28 degrees outside. The main concierge is fluent in Italian, German, and English. The room is clean. The bathroom shower leaks a little. What's common here? The mattress is comfortable enough. Breakfast buffet is what it is here in Italy. Not the best, but ok with fresh fruits, muslim, cheese, bread, and cakes. The halls and lobby are not air-conditioned. There is no parking at the hotel. You must park on the street or in an alley. You must cross the road to get to the beach. The beach charges extra for umbrellas and chairs. The beaches with swimming pools are very expensive and extremely pricey. But on the far left side, there is a free public beach.

The owners manager was helpful and pleasant. He was always ready to help. They provided breakfast at breakfast time. The room condition was good, it was cleaned daily with a tidy. Breakfast is good, the friendliness of the owner manager is good.

I just stayed at this little seafront hotel for a week, and it was a lovely week too. The motel is spotless, clean, and warm. The staff was all courteous and helpful, and they gave excellent advice on transportation, restaurants, and other places to visit. We wholeheartedly endorse this well-located hotel with a view of the sea, even though it is partially obscured by shops and a main road facade. Thank you to ricardo and ciara in particular, but all the staff were a pleasure.

Good hotel, a little small but it has enough space outside and has good cleaning. Nice lady, but the man on the house is always angry. We like the breakfast outside very much. The location is good, close to the beach and the village, where you can do your shopping on the corner.
