Check-in, Mandatory Guest Registration and City TaxIn accordance with Romanian law, all guests, without exception, are subject to mandatory registration before accessing the property.The check-in and registration process is carried out exclusively through an external portal, independent from Booking.com and Airbnb, and directly connected to our internal systems.Check-in cannot be completed via the booking platform and is considered valid only after the external procedure has been successfully completed.For each reservation, every individual guest must provide through the external portal:a recent and clearly recognizable selfie;a front and back photo of a valid identity document (ID card or passport);completion and signature of the digital guest registration form.The registration must be completed:no later than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time;for last-minute bookings, immediately after booking confirmation.City TaxThe city tax is NOT included in the booking price on Booking.com or Airbnb.The city tax must be paid separately at the end of the check-in process via the external portal.Payment of the city tax is mandatory by law and is a required condition for access to the property.⚠️ In case of failure to complete registration, failure to provide documents, or failure to pay the city tax:access to the property will be denied;the reservation will be cancelled;no refund will be issued, regardless of the selected rate.2.
