My daughter is on her school trip to Singapore, so we get the best of this opportunity to spend a few days in Miyazaki. We reserved Tokiwaso for 2 nights with a private open-air shower. The open-air shower was right outside the balcony, which was encircled by trees and faced a tiny pond. When we took a bath in the hot spring, we could hear birds sing, smell the wood, and feel the moisture. The skin was every inch smooth. There are many regional dishes available for breakfast, and they also served some delicious dishes. They only accept cash payments.

I reserved a room with dinner and breakfast. The hotel was small and a little typical of the Roman era. Excellent on-set amenities. However, the most incredible meal I've had anywhere was the top feature. There was a ton of food, and it was all of such high quality. The marbled miyazaki beef was absolutely incredible. It may seem expensive, but it's completely worth it.
