We had been playing golf at the Royal Club, which is approximately a half-hour drive from Maria, and because the rooms on the course had very little to offer, we chose to stay a little further up the coast. Very friendly staff and typical mid-range resort hotel with its own private bath nice bath. We stayed in the west wing with a little view. If you stay here, insist on a room with an ocean view. The food in the dining hall had a variety of cuisine. The japanese restaurant was upgraded to the buffet style that was included with our accommodation. The hotel does its best to try to accommodate, and if you ever need to stay in this part of Ibaraki, this could be your only and best option. Thank you.

The cleanliness of the hotel is very good, especially with the design and comfort of the room, which is very spacious and comfortable to work in. The bathroom is also very clean. Breakfast and dinner are served with a nice view of the sea. The room also has a beautiful sunrise that can be seen from the room with the sea view.

We only stayed one night here, but we found the personnel to be friendly and welcoming. Guest rooms were clean, but small of course with a beautiful view of the sea. Hotel is well maintained for an older hotel. Breakfast buffet was very crowded in the morning, so I recommend going right when it opens. The food provided is traditional Japanese with some western based.

Very effective hotel meaning toothpaste is just enough for a brush in the morning and one brush at night. Every inch of the room will be used so if you are an American traveling companion needing space, you may have a hard time. Its a hotel for short term stays. Handicaps and bath soap are wonderful scented. You can tell the quality is unmatched.

Very excellent hotel service and staff. Around 25 minutes drive from Hibachi Seashore Park, our tatami room was clean, large and pleasant. Great ocean vista. The public bath is a bit tiny and simple. There is also no sauna. It was tidy, but not very relaxing. The breakfast and supper buffets were excellent. The side room with the ocean view was preferable to the main room for sitting. 1800 was a little late for dinner with hungry kids. The pool was closed because it was December. The beach is rocky. Overall a great place to stopover.
