A very pleasant place, with a superb setting. It was really nice to have a fully equipped apartment for my stay. There is a lot to do in the area. The owners are very pleasant and really helpful. Great hospitality. Thank you for the wonderful vacation! I'm already planning to stay here with my friends.

We are going back, in the future. We really enjoyed our holiday at these apartments. We got a very comfortable and clean apartment, and I really like the outdoor seating area of the hot tub, and there is a relaxing place there. The apartment looks great with all the amenities and is spotless. Zig was kind and helpful. He is also very knowledgeable and gives us great recommendations for walking tour.

Keep up the wonderful work, and we intend to meet you again in the future. Thank you, Sylvan Ziz, for making our time at the hotel memorable. We had two adults and two children aged 9 and 12. After the complimentary plate of salami cheese and an outstanding bottle of wine from the honestywine cellar, the wood burner created a distinct warming atmosphere. After a long and tiring day on the slopes, we decided not to take the time to soak in the jacuzzi.

I love this apartment. This place has perfect cleanliness, the rooms are also big and comfortable, as well as the hot tub and sauna in this hotel, the overall comfort of stay is very important, i'm so happy to stay here again.

During our stay in Kranjska Goa, we booked 2 apartments and 5 apartments for 2 couples. very clean, quiet, comfortable appointment, only walk to restaurants and shops. The big pots were not enough for our cooking, but Zig brought them right away after our request.

In the small print of the description of these apartments it states that a surcharge of 50 euros will be levied for cleaning costs. I find this unusual as cleaning is normally included in a set room price. If we had stayed at the House Neza for a week the cost spread over that period would be negligible. However we stayed for two nights and left the property in almost pristine condition. Therefore the surcharge seems excessive and in fact increased the substantial enough room price by 25 euros a night. Those looking for a short stay at House Neza should factor this into their considerations.

The apartment is fine on the surface but totally flawed. The hot tub is worn and splintered and doesn't get above maybe 25 degrees, the sauna takes 2 hours to get to 50 degrees, the shower floods the bathroom no matter what. The A/C is literally closed in a press away from the bedroom, so totally useless. Premium price for very poor delivery
