If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy. No Pets. No Smoking. No Events or Parties. No Children. Allow undefined. No Smoking – Please do not smoke or vape inside the apartment or in the building. R1000 fine will be charge if the apartment smell like smoke/cigarettes. No Parties – You are welcome to have max 2 visitors over but please be respectful of the neighbours and keep the noise levels down. Visitors – You are welcome to have visitors over; by doing so you take full responsibility for their actions during their visit. Late Check-out – Check-out is strictly before 10am, late check-out can be arranged but need to be arranged at least the day before. Unauthorised late check-outs will be charged R100 plus an additional R25 for every 15min. Enjoy – Enjoy the space, I put love and care into the apartment for your enjoyment. Please inform me of any broken items or equipment that do not work so I can attend to it asap. Please note that NO cleaning fee is charged, however if you leave the house in a state I will be charging you a cleaning fee of R250-R500 depending on how many extra hours it takes to clean after you since it takes us 3 hours to clean between guests in general. I don't reside on the property but am available through the Airbnb App and Whats App 24/7. The apartment is exclusively yours to use, and you have access to the shared facilities.
