If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy. No Pets. No Smoking. No Events or Parties. No Children. Allow undefined. No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the apartment or the building. A R1000 fine will be imposed if there is a smell of smoke or cigarettes. No Parties – While you may have up to two visitors, please be considerate of the neighbors and minimize noise. Visitors – Visitors are allowed; however, you assume full responsibility for their conduct during their stay. Late Check-out – Check-out time is strictly before 10am. Late check-out is possible but must be arranged at least one day in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs incur a R100 flat fee plus R25 for every additional 15 minutes. Enjoy – Please enjoy your stay. The apartment has been prepared with care for your comfort. Please report any broken items or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that I can address it promptly. Please be aware that while no cleaning fee is charged, leaving the house in disarray will result in a cleaning fee of R250-R500, depending on the additional cleaning time required, as it generally takes us 5 hours to clean between guests. We do not reside on the property but are available through the Airbnb app and Whats App. Guests have access to the apartment, all common areas, the gym, and the co-working space.
