Great location in the beautiful Bakoveen part of the elite suburb of Camps Bay. Very tasteful self catered studio apartment with an awesome view of the Ocean and a great west facing Sunsets every evening . Hans was extremely helpful and provides great tips on what to see and do and what not to do . His good advise saved me a potential bad decision on the last day of my stay ! One needs to have a car to stay here or will have to depend on Uber services as this property is high on the mountain at the base of the Table Mountain , which is only a five mins drive from this property. I will come again and recommend others too to stay here and enjoy the beauty of the Cape Town .

In Camps Bay, the guest house michelitsch is a charming little house. They provide two self-serviced apartments for bay view atlantic views. The owners, hans, wisely stay upstairs. There is a separate entry to both apartments. We stayed at the bay view apartment for two nights. The views from the apartment are breathtaking. The linens and silverware are crisp and spotless. The bathrooms and the rooms are spotless. Excellent cleanliness. The wifi is free and is fast. The actual house is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Therefore, look no further for a relaxing vacation in Camps Bay. The proprietors are not indulgent at all and are incredibly respectful of the privacy of the guests. There is no parking available at the guest house. Along Victoria Avenue and not far from the apartment, there are numerous eateries. However, there is a little room for improvement. The to package is terrible. There aren't many choices and the variety of channels is poor. Because the apartment is not serviced on the weekends, it may get a little messy if you come for a weekend stay. However, these are very small, unskilled, and may be ignored because the place is lovely to reside in. My wife and I had a good time and would like to sincerely thank the owners for their gracious assistance.

Lovely guest house about a 25 min walk from Camps Bay, staff were lovely, very thoughtful and helpful, even leaving us chocolates and bubbly for our honeymoon. The terrace was nice with fabulous views of camps bay. The room was spacious and well equipped with cooking facilities, tea and coffee making and fresh milk. The pool area was nice with great views of the cable car on Table Mountain.

Very neat accommodations. Friendly and supportive hosts. Quiet area at the foot of the table mountain. All fittings are practical and function to German perfection. No housekeeping over the weekend. Wifi only limited areas. Would definitely visit again.

This was a very pleasant surprise because it was a little higher up in the camps bay area and had easy access to both Camps Bay and Cape Town. The room I was given had a lovely and spacious terrace with a view of the sea. And back, the mountains. The beds are extremely comfortable. There is also a small kitchen available for those who want it. The pool is in the back and the sun disappears in the late afternoon. Maybe for those looking for new furniture, maybe disappointed, it's older in style but clean, quiet and also has parking!

If I ever had the chance to visit again, I would not hesitate to stay here again. My daughter and I stayed here last week and can't rate it enough. Hans and wisely are the most friendly hosts who made our stay in Camps Bay, Cape Town, special. Our apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and had gorgeous comfortable mattresses and linens. The very nice touch was that water, coffee, tea, milk etc. were provided ready for your arrival and a few cold beers! We also enjoyed watching amazing sunsets from the beautiful terrace.

We were very appreciative of this location and wholeheartedly endorse it to all our fellow travelers. The apartment was clean and spacious, with all of the necessities to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. It also had a huge balcony, so we could sit outside for breakfast or supper and enjoy the breathtaking views of Camp Bay Harbor and the mountains. The owners were well-versed in the area and the excursions. They booked a car for us and contacted the safari tour to find our pick up time. We were picked up by the safari tour right outside our door and the owners said other tours would pick you up at the door. The apartment was also calm and serene, such a nice relaxing atmosphere that we had to leave to go touring! We frequently left the apartment and walked up trails or down to Camp Bay for a few groceries at a local pick and pay, or we walked down to the waterfront in Camps Bay for dinner. There are so many great restaurants that it is hard to choose where to eat and the beach is stunning. The owners of this guest house made our trip to Cape Town unforgettable and memorable.
