Can de lied exceeded our expectations on every level. We will definitely come back! The stream chalets had everything we needed. The service was excellent from initial booking to post departure. Thank you to all the concerned.

There is a lovely kids' play area with two pools where you can unwind. The chalets are very spacious and well-equipped for self-catering. I enjoy that all the activities we planned are nearby, the furthest being less than 100 km from the location. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially because we arrived very late and they didn't make a fuss about it.

There are a lot of flaws in this place. Apart from these, I strongly recommend this resort. Three garden rondavels were where we stayed. The units were spotless and kept up well. We were in a state of awe when it was cleaned daily, making us feel dissatisfied. It would have been nice to have an oven in the unit since without one, cooking is very limited, or maybe guests should be made aware of this so they can bring an air fryer or something. Perhaps more utensils, such as a masher. Despite these hiccups, I would highly suggest this resort.

I had an enjoyable stay and will definitely make another reservation. Excellent service from the front desk all the way up until the receptionist when we checked in. Please explain that the reserved units are first come, first served, etc. Besides that, excellent.

This was our stay at Can de viet. This time, we stayed in a river cottage rather than a garden unit. Except for the location, all the rondavels are the same inside and out. The only difference was that the stream chalets, which we didn't like because of their very little character and not very nice views, were too expensive. Due to wifi access and a to in the room, these are more expensive! We had a wonderful time again. The apartments are meticulously cleaned every day, maintained well, and have air conditioning and a large ceiling fan. The pool area is large and inviting. For those with a to in their units. There is a large one in the reception area with lovely comfortable sofas and chairs. WiFi is also available in the reception area. We selfcatering or eating out big shoutout to the tanks bush pub down the road, which served good food and drinks. We drove some of the panorama route from there, visited pilgrims rest, grasp, and did a days self-drive safari in ruger haben gate, about a 30-minute drive away. All of the staff is friendly and accommodating. In late 2019, we had actually booked and paid a 50 deposit and used it this year when the outbreak struck. We will definitely suggest this lovely resort.
