If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.VAT (Value Added Tax): 15 % of Rental Amount may be collected during booking process. If not, it must be paid to the host upon check-in Check-in time: from 03:00 PM to 07:00 PM No Pets. Allow Smoking. No Events or Parties. Allow Children. No undefined. General House Rules Please treat the property with care and respect. No more than 6 guests (including children) are permitted to stay on the property. Quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00 to respect neighbors and surrounding community. Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the property. Illegal substances, commercial shoots/filming and unlawful activities are strictly prohibited. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 15:00 – 19:00 Check-out by 10:00 or 11:00 Late check-out or early check-in subject to availability and prior approval. Safety & Security Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Switch off lights, air conditioning, heaters, and appliances when not in use. Do not move furniture indoors or outdoors. Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately. Kitchen & Dining Please wash dishes or load the dishwasher before departure. Do not dispose of oils, food, or wipes down drains/toilets. Kindly remove leftover food from the fridge upon check-out. Pool & Outdoor Areas Use the pool at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times around the pool. No glassware near the pool area. Please use outdoor furniture responsibly. Visitors & Noise Please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels reasonable. No loud music after quiet hours. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight unless approved. Waste & Cleanliness Please place rubbish in designated bins. Leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition.
