ㅁ If you are checking in after 6 PM (Korean time) on the check-in day, you must contact the accommodation directly in advance to discuss the check-in time and method.

ㅁ Operating hours: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM(Korea time) on the same day according to check-in time
ㅁ Free use of the public pool in the summer from July to August! After 15th September , guest need to paid use of warm water!
ㅁ Information on using warm water (additional charges apply when using)
- Warm water temperature: average temperature 32 degrees
- Private royal suite (G building, H building): 100,000 won per night
- Suite Pool Villa (#301~#306): KRW 100,000 per night
- Public swimming pool (suite/deluxe room: rooms #101~#104, #201~#206, #301~#306): KRW 10,000 per person
- When using the swimming pool, please apply 2 days in advance.
ㅁThe property is a non-smoking area. Guests are responsible for costs, damages, and responsibilities due to smoking.
ㅁ Room reservation status may not match 100% due to the nature of real-time reservations. In some cases, duplicate reservations may occur, in which case the reservation paid for first will be reserved first.
ㅁ Reservations may not be possible or may be canceled depending on the reservation status after purchase. After purchase, please be sure to confirm with the hotel whether your reservation has been confirmed. In case of cancellation due to any of these reasons, a 100% refund is possible even on the day of reservation, and no other compensation is possible, so please make sure to confirm whether your reservation has been confirmed.
