6. 미성년자 입실안내 Terms of use for adolescent

7. 분실물 안내 Lost & Found
분실물 발생 시 프런트 (000-000-0000)으로 연락 부탁드립니다.보관된 분실물에 한하여 숙박여부 및 분실물품 등 사실내용 확인이 완료된 경우 택배(착불)로 발송됩니다.음식물은 당일 폐기되며, 이외 분실물은 1개월 후 폐기됩니다.

8. 이용수칙 Terms of use
한옥호텔 안(安)의 모든 공간은 금연입니다.위반시 영업손해일 만큼의 패널티가 부과됩니다. 위험물을 포함하여 전기그릴, 숯, 화로, 화약 등 화기용품은 객실 반입 및 사용하실 수 없습니다.건물을 포함한 단지 내 전역에서는 폭죽을 사용하실 수 없습니다.귀중품은 반드시 프런트 데스크에 보관하십시오. 보관되지 않은 귀중품 분실 시 당사에서는 책임지지 않습니다.투숙 기간 중 객실 출입문, 창문 등 잠금 상태를 확인 하십시오. 잠금되지 않은 상황에서 객실 내 분실 발생 시 당사에서는 책임지지 않습니다.투숙 기간 중 고성방가 등 타인에게 불편 또는 불쾌감을 주는 행위를 하는 경우, 당사에서는 강제 퇴실 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.지리적 특성 상 객실 내 곤충이 출현할 수 있으며, 해당 경우 별도 보상하지 않습니다.기타 자세한 이용안내는 프런트 데스크로 연락 부탁드립니다.

4. Extra Charges
Additional guest: ₩11,000 per person per night (VAT included)
Children under 7 years old are free of charge
Extra bedding: ₩25,000 per set per night (VAT included)
Additional towels:
Face towel: ₩500 per piece (VAT included)
Late check-out (charged per 30 minutes):
Daegam / Yeonggam / Jeongseung / Gyosu: ₩35,000
Saengwon / Hunjang / Chambong: ₩25,000
Check-out after 15:00 will be charged as an additional night
Damages & Loss:
Charges may apply for any damage, loss, or theft of room items during your stay.

All additional charges must be paid at the front desk.
Additional items are subject to availability and may sell out early.

5. Cleaning Service

For stays of 3 nights or more, one complimentary cleaning service is provided.
For stays of less than 3 nights, cleaning is available upon request at an additional charge:

Daegam / Yeonggam / Jeongseung / Gyosu: ₩55,000
Saengwon / Hunjang / Chambong: ₩33,000 (VAT included)

Requests must be made to housekeeping before 11:00 on the same day.

6. Minor Policy

Guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
This policy applies even if the guest turns 19 within the same year but has not yet had their birthday.

If unaccompanied, a signed parental consent form and required documents must be submitted in advance.
Mixed-gender stays without a guardian are not permitted, even with consent.

7. Lost & Found

For lost items, please contact the front desk (000-000-0000).
Items will be returned via courier (cash on delivery) after verification.

Perishable items will be disposed of on the same day, and all other items will be kept for up to one month before disposal.

8. House Rules
All areas of Hanok Hotel An are non-smoking.
Violations may result in penalty charges.
Open flames and hazardous items (electric grills, charcoal, fire pits, fireworks, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
Fireworks are not allowed anywhere on the property.
Please store valuables at the front desk. The hotel is not responsible for any loss of unsecured items.
Guests are responsible for ensuring doors and windows are locked. The hotel is not liable for losses due to negligence.
Excessive noise or behavior causing discomfort to other guests may result in forced check-out.
Due to the natural surroundings, insects may occasionally appear in the rooms. No compensation will be provided in such cases.
