ㅁ When making a reservation, you must provide a valid phone number and email address where you can be reached for property information and check-in guidance, including face-to-face or contactless check-in.
ㅁ If you did not provide your contact information at the time of booking, or if it was entered incorrectly, please send your contact details and a copy of the booking confirmation, or the booking details, to the property as soon as possible.
ㅁ The property is not responsible for any issues arising from missing or incorrectly provided contact information.
ㅁ If you plan to check in after 6:00 PM (Korea Standard Time) on the check-in date, you must contact the property directly in advance to arrange the check-in time and method.
ㅁ Additional charges may apply for extra services, facilities, or other optional items within the property, even if such charges are not stated on Agoda’s booking page.
ㅁ As the types, availability, fees, and payment methods for extra services, facilities, and other optional items may vary by property, please check directly with the property before check-in.
ㅁ On the day of stay, the use of extra services, facilities, or other optional items may be limited depending on the weather or the property’s circumstances, and refunds of accommodation fees due to such limitations are not available.

ㅁ All children and infants, regardless of age, are counted as adults for occupancy purposes. If the maximum occupancy per room is exceeded, additional charges may apply or check-in may be denied, even if the reservation has already been completed through Agoda.
ㅁ Check-in may also be denied depending on the property’s or room’s admission rules regarding the number of guests, age, gender, pets, and similar conditions, so please make sure to confirm these directly with the property in advance.
ㅁ Special requests are subject to the property’s policy and operating circumstances and may not always be accommodated.
ㅁ The property is a non-smoking area. Any costs, damages, or liabilities arising from smoking are the responsibility of the guest.
ㅁ Due to the nature of real-time reservations, room availability may not always be 100% synchronized. In some cases, duplicate bookings may occur, and in such situations, the reservation that was paid first will take priority.
ㅁ Depending on the reservation status after purchase, the booking may become unavailable or may be canceled. Please make sure to confirm the reservation status directly with the property after purchase. If a cancellation occurs for this reason, a 100% refund may be provided even on the booking date, but no additional compensation will be available.
