Limited dining options within walking distance. Have to take the trash out at the checkout to avoid penalties. Condo has cooking utensils but need to clean afterwards to avoid penalties. Couch cushion has seen the better days. Futon is Korean style and had no cushion. Blanket is too thick for summer. Check in available at the hotel counter across street.

군산에서 몇 안되는 좋은 시설의 콘도입니다. 다만 위치가 관광지와 너무 떨어져 있어서 동선에 제한이 큽니다. 콘도 주변은 넓은 도로와 낚시용품을 파는 가게들, 그리고 편의점이 있을 뿐입니다. 9층에서는 저멀리 바다도 보이지만 그 전에 여러 공장들이 더 잘 보입니다. 하지만 탁 트인 느낌은 나쁘지 않습니다. 차가 없으면 절대 이용하면 안되는 콘도이며 밤 늦게까지 관광지에서 놀 계획이 있는 분들은 가까운 곳을 골라보세요. 방이 두개 있고 거실이 넓어서 쾌적하게 지낼수는 있습니다만 화장실이 1개인 점은 조금 아쉽습니다. TV 는 55인치로 크며 넷플릭스도 시청이 가능하여 좋았습니다.

명절연휴에 다섯명이 다녀왔는데 방도 두개에 주방시설있고 보일러도 잘 돌아서 너무 따뜻하게 다녀왔어요~ 이틀숙박했는데 첫날은 우풍있는것처럼 공기는 좀 썰렁하더니 다음날은 없더라구요 아무래도 비워놓은 곳이라서 첫날은 보일러가 돌아가고 얼마안되서서 그랬던거 같아요. 구조가 작은 아파트 같구, 층간소음은 좀 있긴해요. 아무래도 집은 아니니까.....만족스럽게 다녀왔어요^^

가족여행인데 군산은 숙박시설이 좋은곳이 많지않아 선택했습니다. 전체적 시설이 새거라 깨끗하고 침구도 좋았지만 아파트형 건물이라 층간소음이 있고 , 담배연기가 화장실을타고 많이 올라옵니다. 새벽3시까지 악을쓰며 소리지르며 노래부르는 사람도ㅠ있고. 이런거는 소비자문제이겠지만 미리관리자분이 제지해주었으면 좋지 않을까싶습니다. 시설은 깨끗. 소음은별로.

가족들과 군산여행하면서 숙박한 곳입니다. 침대와 온돌방 모두 있고 깨끗한 곳을 찾다가 여길 예약했습니다. 장점: 최근에 지어진 건물인지 인테리어가 좋고 깨끗한 편이고, 주차공간에 여유가 있습니다. 단점: 시내에서 좀 떨어져 있고, 전망이 좋은 편은 아닙니다. 층간소음이 좀 있고, 바닥은 따뜻하지만, 웃풍이 있어 따뜻한 곳을 원하시는 분에게는 추천하지 않습니다. 하룻밤 숙박하기에는 괜찮지만, 추천할만한 곳은 아니었어요.

침구 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 엘레베이터 안에 마대자루 걸어 놓은 게 더러운 느낌이었고, 복도에 쓰레기 가득 담긴 100리터 봉투와 재활용품 모아놓은게 매우 개념 없어 보였어요.

군산 시내에서 차로 30분 정도 거리인 공장지대에 위치해 있습니다. 바다도 잘 안 보여요. 냉장고에 생수도 한 병 없고 방바닥 데워지기까지 시간이 너무 오래 걸려요. 숙소 주변에 괜찮은 식당이 없어요. 배민 배달은 거리가 너무 멀다고 취소 당했어요. 고군산군도 여행 가시는 분들 전날 밤에 취침하는 목적 아니라면 군산 여행을 위해서는 비추입니다.

세면대 물이 내려가지 않고 청소상태 별로이고 주변 소음도 크고 모든것이 기대이하입니다. 이 가격에 이 장소에 이런 시설이라면 다시는 가고 싶지 않은 곳입니다
