* Paid parking
- Parking fee : 900 KRW / 30 min (1 car per room) , 15,000 KRW / day (No re-entry within 24hours , based on entry time)
- Unregistered or additional vehicles will be charged 3,000 KRW / 30 minutes.
- Vehicles under 2.3m in height are available for parking.
- If the parking lot is full, please use the nearby parking lot at your own expense.


[ MAKE UP ROOM ]
- Cleaning services are not included during your stay.
- To request room cleaning service, please contact us via mobile frontdesk at least one day in advance. (paid service)

[ TERMS · CONDITIONS ]
- Guests who are under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- All spaces, including balconies, are smoke-free. Violations will result in a 150,000 KRW fine and restrict future bookings at any of our accommodations.
- Entering the room before the official check-in time may result in a penalty of 30,000 KRW.
- The hotel will not be liable for any accidents caused by the guest's own negligence. In case of lost or damaged items, the hotel will require the guest to follow acompensation procedure.
- Harming others or behaving in a threatening manner will result in eviction.
- Guests need be quiet during the designated quiet hours (After 9 PM)
- Please note that additional cleaning charges may apply if the room is left in poor condition by guests.

Le Collective Gangnam Arts Center Signity operates with a central heating and cooling system.
Cooling is available from May to September, and heating is available from November to March.
Depending on the outside temperature and local conditions, cooling or heating may be operated only during certain hours or the operating period may be extended or shortened.

[ EXTRA PERSON CHARGE ]
- Your room may be shared within the occupancy standard. However, do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the room.
- Infants under 37 months of age are not counted in total occupancy.
