- Free parking (Up to 1 car per room; Family Two-Room & Loft Family types allow 2 cars per room )

- All facilities in the room are tailored to the number of people in the room.

Siheung Wave Park (Panorama Pool, Private Sauna, Private Pool)
The auxiliary facilities will be operated seasonally and will reopen in January 26 after the end of the season on October 12.

[ EXTRA PERSON CHARGE ]
- Your room may be shared within the occupancy standard. However, do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the room.
- Infants under 37 months of age are not counted in total occupancy.

[ MAKE UP ROOM ]
- Cleaning services are not included during your stay.
- To request room cleaning service, please contact us via mobile frontdesk at least one day in advance. (paid service)


[ TERMS · CONDITIONS ]
- Guests who are under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- Entering the room before the official check-in time may result in a penalty of 30,000 KRW.
- The hotel will not be liable for any accidents caused by the guest's own negligence.
In case of lost or damaged items, the hotel will require the guest to follow a compensation procedure.
- All spaces, including balconies, are smoke-free. Violations will result in a 150,000 KRW fine and restrict future bookings at any of our accommodations.
- Harming others or behaving in a threatening manner will result in eviction.
- Guests need be quiet during the designated quiet hours(After 9 PM)
- Please note that additional cleaning charges may apply if the room is left in poor condition by guests.
- Location and design of the furniture may differ from the picture.


Le Collective Siheung Wave Park operates with a central heating and cooling system. Air conditioning is available from May to September, and heating is provided from November to March. Depending on local conditions such as outside temperature, the operation hours or periods for heating and cooling may be adjusted, extended, or shortened.
