I didnt expect the room to be that big. Clean and spotless. I adore it. Excellent personnel and a fast internet connection. The shower area was the only issue they had, there was no barrier keeping water from splashing everywhere whenever you took snoozing. Additionally, the toilet tank isnt very waterfilled. However, i would still rate this location 4 out of 5.

Wifi is available, free coffee and water, amenities such as a cable tv, two beds, and air conditioning that provides hot and cold showers. The staff are also helpful in accommodating guests.

I chose to stay here during my recent short trip to iloili due to their swimming pool. It was the cheapest i could find, and fortunately, it did not let me down. Going there was a bit difficult because ive not yet been familiar with the citys mass transit routes. However, if ill be returning to the airport, im still able to commute there. The room was spacious, although despite the fact that he didnt really like the atmosphere. My room had incredibly beautiful views. Staff were friendly. There were restaurants and bars in the area. Food delivery via food panda grab is also permitted. Although the pool is open from 10 am to 10 pm, there are no lifeguards on duty. I swam there around 9 pm and had the entire pool to myself. Will consider staying here again on my next trip into ileo

We are grateful to castle chateau hotel for accomplishing our goal with my family. We have a wonderful experience. Advantages the location is close to any government department or mall. The staff is very accommodating, especially ms. Donnah. Cons there is no refrigerator or telephone.

We booked this hotel because it has a family room and we havent been here before. The price was the lowest among our other options, so we werent expecting much. However, we were pleasantly surprised by what it offers, from the courteous and helpful staff to the spacious and clean family rooms. It was around 40 square meters more or less, with two single beds and settees, crockery, cups, and saucers on the small table, smart tv with wifi connection, toilet and bathroom, terrace, another room with king bed and its own toilet, bath, balcony, as well as i see the toiletries, towels, shower, bidet in the bathrooms. There was no refrigerator or oven, but there was otter and welcome drinks (water and coffee). The building was quite old but surprisingly clean, just like the curtains, linens and towels. On our floor, there is an elevator. Outside, you can find jugs of water, bars, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. But we couldnt explore any of them because we wanted to explore the city because the hotel is in Iloilo city proper. Because the Jeep from Jaro to downtown passes in front of the motel, among other jeepneys. Also, it is within walking distance to gaisano City Mall, saint clements church,

Ive traveled extensively and like to think my past experiences provide a fair basis for reviews. The receptionists were very friendly, professional, and helpful. There was an initial issue with us checking in early, which she resolved. You wont find id stay in such sized rooms at the same price in the area, the room itself was clean. One of the best beds ive ever slept in during many trips was the bed. It was difficult to get out in front of me in morning! The nearby restaurant serves reasonably priced and highquality cuisine. Overall, ill go back.

The room was large and equipped with all the basic necessities (although there is no ref). The swimming pool looks good but definitely needs cleaning. The staff were helpful. There is a cafe right next to the hotel that has sanitizing vibes. Overall, good value if you just need idly stay for tastiest time.

The rooms are basic and outdated but clean, with reliable and fast wifi and good air conditioning. All staff at the reception, pool bar, coffee shop, and security are very friendly and helpful. On weekends guests can be a bit noisy (noise travels through the hallways.

I stayed there from november 30 to october 2022. The lobby and room were both spotless. All amenities are functional. Additionally, the twin bedroom was quite spacious. Particularly the front desk girl at the night and graveyard, everyone was very friendly. If you intend to explore the city, it would take you one ride from the downtown city because the location was a little out of reach from major hangout locations. However, if you dont intend on exploring the area and just stay in your room and order food delivery, this location is quite handy because there are many food stores nearby that would undoubtedly require putting squandering your money on delivery shipments unless they are far away.

The hotel is centrally located, very close to government offices and commercial centers in iloili city. It is also quite close the illolo port making it very easy to travel to the province of guimaras. Castle chateau facade is obviously a castle. The facade still looks nice despite its outdated design. Although the front desk is not large, the lobby is ok. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. They were able to accommodate some of my requests which made my stay more convenient. Tile design is Mediterranean, albeit tucked away for me to look at, but the design was good. With two double beds, this room is quite good overall. There is coffee and tea facilities available, and there is even bottled water that can be used during your stay. You can use the small table either for work or dining. I really like the layout of the bathroom. Even though the restroom isnt very big, it wont be cramped. Basic amenities are provided by the hotel. Breakfast is no option, as i believe, although ive failed to inquire. However, there may be an indoor and outdoor pool within the compound, which wasnt utilized during my visit due to covid19. Parking within property is limited, while the regional department of agriculture office is situated within same compound as the motel. If you are not looking for

Castle chateau has a medieval yet cozy feel, located in the center of Iloilo city Proper it is the ideal accommodation for those looking to see what Iloulo City has to offer. The application promo deal i received was incredibly good. Twin beds, shabby bedside tables, wooden cabinets, and framed vanity mirrors are all included in this twinsize room on the third level, which was decorated with silver wallpaper and basic amenities. Although there wasnt much of vista from the room, the large windows undoubtedly provided pristine sunlit space. I checked in around 6 p. M. And went to the nearby restaurant to order dinner, but to my delight, staff members promptly obliged. With friends, we spent some time in poolside conversation. We had mingling and drinking bottled vodka from an adjacent bar. They were gracious enough to let us enjoy them by the pool. For all the assistance he gave, our stay, from february 25 to 27 days, they made our visit even more convenient. He has an upbeat demeanor and an excellent attitude toward both work and customers. Best wishes for him and hope to meet him again in future.

This hotel is a good choice for those looking for cheap accommodation. The rooms are spacious enough, although the atmosphere is old. Gaisano mall and la paz market are both within walking distance. Wifi in the rooms is forgettable. They have tastier cafe that opens at 7 am but it takes forever to serve food.

The bathroom lacks exhaust. Pillows have mildew stains. We reserved two rooms, which both have the same issue. One of the rooms wall paper is also peeling off. The bed is not particularly soft to sleep on. Our room has a rooftop view with hanged clothes and old, empty flower pots. They have both indoor and outdoor pools. Visitors are not permitted to use the indoor pool. There is algae and greenish water in the surrounding water and on the tiled walls in an unclean outdoor pool area. Staff members are friendly, pleasant, and easy to communicate with. Room service personnel are the identical. Location is close to lapaz market, river esplanade, lapac market for goods, capitol building, mosques, etc.
