Accommodation information will be sent to your registered email at the time of booking.
Information about check-in and amenities/services will be sent to the phone number provided by the guest (if you have not received a message, please check your email and find your accommodation contact number and call us).
If you are expected to arrive after 07:00 PM (KST), please contact your accommodation directly before arrival.
All children and infants are considered adults when headcounting.
Check-in may be denied if the number of guests is greater than the number of people booked at check-in.
