- The accommodation is a non-smoking area. Guests are responsible for costs, damages, and liabilities resulting from smoking.
- The room reservation status may not be 100% consistent due to the nature of real-time reservations. In some cases, duplicate bookings may occur, in which case the reservation that was paid first will be given priority.
- Depending on the reservation situation after purchase, reservations may not be possible or may be cancelled. In case of cancellation due to this reason, a 100% refund is possible even on the day of reservation, and no other compensation is possible, so please be sure to check the reservation confirmation.

Fee for using lukewarm water: KRW50,000 for lukewarm water (26 degrees) and KRW100,000 for hot water (31 degrees) to be paid on site (September to March, call one day in advance for use)
Pool Usage Guidelines:
- It is strictly forbidden to adjust the water depth in the pool.
- Forcing water into the pool or turning on the water may cause leakage.
- In the event of leakage, the customer may be liable for damages.
- Please shower before using the pool.
- Proper swimwear must be worn in the pool.
- Parents with infants must exercise extreme caution.
- Do not enter the pool with sunscreen or oil applied to your body.
- Diving is strictly prohibited.
- Entering the pool under the influence of alcohol is not allowed, and running or loud behavior in the pool area is prohibited.
- The hotel is not responsible for any safety accidents caused by the negligence of guests in the pool or pool villa area.
[Swimming Pool Usage Guide]
- Never adjust the water depth in the pool
- Forcibly filling water or turning on the water may cause the pool to leak.
- If a problem occurs due to a leak, the customer may be charged for damages.
- Be sure to shower before using.
- Please wear a swimsuit when using the pool.
- Guardians accompanying infants should be especially careful.
- You cannot enter the pool with suntan cream or oil on your body.
- Diving is absolutely prohibited.
- You cannot enter the pool after drinking alcohol, and running or making loud noises in the pool is prohibited.
- We are not responsible for safety accidents that occur due to the customer's negligence in the pool and pool villa.
