If you do not provide contact information or provide incorrect information when making a reservation, please send the correct contact information and a reservation confirmation (or reservation details) to the property as soon as possible.
The accommodation is not responsible for any problems arising from failure to provide or incorrect contact information.
If you are checking in after 8 PM on the day of arrival, please discuss check-in time and procedures with the property in advance.
Additional charges may apply for additional services or facilities not listed on the Agoda sales page.
Additional services, facility fees, and payment methods may vary depending on the accommodation, so please check with the accommodation directly before check-in.
Use of additional services or facilities may be restricted depending on accommodation or weather conditions. Refunds (partial compensation) of accommodation costs are not possible due to this.
